As all items are made to order and personalised, unfortunately there are no refunds once signage has been made and under 1 month to required date. 

Any orders cancelled over 1 month before required date a certain percentage can be refunded which can be agreed between us and client. 

• Turn garment inside out
• Machine wash on cool or cold 
• Recommended soft fabric softeners 
• No bleach
• Tumble dry on low and inside out
• Iron inside out and not over the design
